Buying and selling MH's

Hello,

My first time in forum, just curious if anyone buys and sells mobile homes?
I have been doing service work on them for about 4 yrs now.
I see that there is a book on the subject, which I will be purchasing.
Know that the market is slow right now.
Any does or don'ts anyone can give would be appreciated!!
