MH REPAIRMAN

I live in a MH Subdivision that is very small (less than15 homes). The homes are less than 10 years old. Can anyone out there recommend a good repairman in the Northwest Harris County area of Texas? I would like to establish working relationship for maintance and special projects for my MH. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Here are my recommendations to find an experienced MH repairman:

By the way you are absolutely correct in the term establishing a relationship. Everyone should know their repairman by their first name. And visa versa. When trouble occurs, and they know you, they will get to you faster.

Check in the phone book yellow pages under Manufactured Homes/Service

Check with other homeowners, sooner or later the same name will keep popping up. Word of mouth is usually the most trusworthy way.

Check with MH Park managers, they are very knowledgable who is out there. Tom
