Can anyone in the forum recommend an honest, reputable and fair MH repairman in the Houston Metro area. Are there any people like this left? I don't trust the dealers?

I tell this to alot of people who ask the same question. The best way to find someone you can trust is thru your fellow MH owners or park managers. Sooner or later a couple of names will keep popping up. Once you find one, get to know them. The ones that I know personally, are booked solid, so a relationship is important in emergency situations. It just may get them out to your house sooner. It does take some finger walking and persistance to find one, but the time and effort will be worth it in the long run. Tom

Also, many of us contractors belong to the better business bureau. Might be something good to consider, and ask that individual.
Good Luck

Go to your MH park management office and ask them. I found a great pair of repairmen who live right in my park; they used to work for the management company, and then went on their own. They are reasonable, and they are neighbors; it is in their best interest to do good work!
