mr talon sent you an e-mail. mr drummond it would seem as if home is not blocked properly . and have any additions been made using the home as part of support? if so this may cause problems. also a block perimeter foundation is not suposed to support home, this is hud code. all added on structures,porches decks additions are to be self supported, also hud code.
