Adding a den with fireplace

Can you tell roughly how much it will cost to add a den with a fireplace to the side of a four bedroom doublewide. i only want a rough estimate. And this this something hard to do . also who will i need to help do this job.

Hello Tina,
I am in the finishing stages of building a 16 x 16 room additon onto our double wide. If you build it to match your home and do all of the work yourself, which I have done and it is not an easy thing to do, you're probably looking at $7,500 to $10,000 completely finished. More if you hire a contractor. This is just a rough estimate because I don't know how large a room or what type of materials you want.
