I'm looking for information on installing laminated parquet flooring in a family room. I've removed the carpet and carpet lining. The floor board has some bumps where the previous owners spilled liquid on the carpet, and it soaked through the carpet lining. The parquet flooring has an adhesive backing, can I lay the flooring directly on the mobile home floor board? Should I sand out the bumps, and if so what is best to use for this? Any suggestions on this is greatly appreciated

Harris tarkett no glue wood floor that you tap togeather . Tongue and groove has some kind of glue that set up with time.. did kitchen dinning and living bath. has 25 year warranty on finish and can be sanded 3 times. beautiful and ez to care for . one drawback it makes a crakle sound sometimes. easy to install

Hi, I like to know what makes the mobile home floors in the dining room and by the patio glass sliding door become unlevel. I had new wooden floors installed, and during the course of the installation, the installer said that the floors was not leveled and they would have to feel in the floors. I went under the chassis with the level and everything appears to be OK, but the dining room floors and the patio glass door floors are still not leveled. What is wrong could you tell me. One other thing I've learned that the roof have to application of asphalt shingles, with that cause the structure to become unleveled.
