Floor insulation for DW

I am looking for recommendations regarding floor insulation. The original insulation is mostly intact but it is thin around the metal duct work. This is allowing condensation to form which causes high humidity. Where can I get materials, info on how to, what materials are best?? Any info on sprayed on insulation and vapor barrier would be appreciated.
