Roof coating

Hi,
I own a 1980 Schult with a metal roof. Can anyone recommend or forewarn a roofing coating for it. That is besides the one advertized on the main page of the Masnufactured Housing Web site. I live in Boulder, Colorado, hot in the summer and somewhat cold in winter.

Both my grandparents have used the KOOL SEAL on their metal roofed trailers with great success. For more information please visit http://www.koolseal.com/ It should be available at the nearest Home Depot or other Home Improvement store.
