Questions on how to increase home value

Hello all...

I am looking for some ideas that would increase the appraisal value of a mobile home. Painting, washing, etc... Do any of these help or is there something else? What would be the best things to do? I am buying a place and plan to live in it, but I want to plan out the priorities of my projects. I know the first is to fix up the screen patio attached to it, but from there I am not sure.

Thanks for your time...

Andrew

Appraised value and selling price can be 2 much different things..Appraised value only considers square footage and permanent property improvements..such as decks, paved drive, garage, screen rooms...No interior improvement would be considered...

Of course..interior improvements will make it much easier to find a buyer when the time comes..

Appraisers will consider ceiling fans as an "enhancement" though, for whatever that's worth, but it doesn't add any real value to the home.
