My 72 mobile has become unlevel due to a water leak under the house. Would like advice on leveling.

Many states have very specific laws on leveling and releveling. I would recommend hiring a set crew to do your relevel, make sure who ever you use has a warranty with their work.

Do make sure that your ground has dried out and you have a vapor barrier under your home. It will help make sure your home lasts longer.

Where does one find out about the leveling and releveling state laws laws?
And where does one find a setcrew? All I can find is transport services.

Check with a dealer in your area & make sure the service company uses a water level or electronic leveling system, and levels the frame of your home & not the floor. Anyone who levels the floor with a four, six or eight foot carpenters level is NOT a qualifed service technigition. If you are on a gravel pad , I would set all blocks on a 2'x2'x3/4" pressure treated pad
