Fleetline Manufactured Home

I am purchasing a Fleetline (at least that's what the paperwork says and the tag on the unit says) in the Villages, Florida. There are 3 or 4 of these Fleetline's for sale but no one knows if they are made by Fleetline or someone else and Fleetline is a model. Is there anyway to find out who makes them in case questions on repair come up or parts needed for the unit? The year on this particular one is 1985.
