releveling

I am buying a manufactured home (about 10 years old) that has about 7 small cracks in different rooms of the house. I was told that it may need to be releveled. The home is one a permanent foundation, ie.: concrete pads to steel beams to the steel griders.
Does this sound like a reasonable guess as to the cause of the cracks? How is releveling done?
Thank you

My home has the same problem, what I have discovered is a small crack that runs along the width of the slab, allowing it to hinge at that point (the two parts of the slab settle at different rates). This seems to be the cause of the problem.;
