mobile home sway when someone runs in one area

Hello, a few weeks ago, my friend bought a mobile home built in 1999 located in Northern California.
Recently he noticed that when some one jumps in one part of dining area, the floor in the living room seems to sway back and forth.
the floor is level.
We went below the house and did not see or feel beams, piers or posts move when some one jumped on the floor. Does any have suggestions in what we should investigate next?
