New Metal Roof Over Old Metal Roof.

I have a 1981, 14’ x 51’ single wide trailer, with a slight arched metal roof. I want to build a self-supporting metal-roof-paneled pitched roof over the top of the existing roof.
My question #1. Will it condensate on the inside and cause problems (like rust, mold, mildew) between the existing roof and the new roof?
Question #2. Will it cause problems if add foam insulation, using solar-kool or similar, over the top of the existing roof?
