How much should i budget contractor in MD?

Hi!
I have a mobile home in Maryland, this year ive made the decision to rehab it. I need new windows and also like to change the windows.
As far as the interior I like to have the subfloor changed due to rot. How much should I budget? Any recommendations in the Maryland area? Thanks in advance.
