Need a Drill Bit Recommendation

Have two parts held together with a roll pin. The roll pin would not come out, figured I would just drill the hole larger (9/64") and make the roll pin disappear in the process, separate the parts and then get a larger roll pin fro reassembly. Problem the one part is cast iron and the other is hardened steel and it is just laughing at my drill bits. I need a recommendation for a good quality drill bit that can cut through this stuff.
