building permits for a manufactured home

good day all. I live in southwest florida, and I have a client that wants to do an extensive remodel on their 1984 Glen 48'/24'. I suppose I am going to need some drawings of this model. I have a serial number. Any ideas where I can find these drawing to use as a base for my building submittals?
