Installing new belly wrap

I am closing in on the completion of a complete renovation of my 1971 mobile home. I need to insulate the underside of the floor soon. I'm wondering if Tyvek House Wrap would be an acceptable product to use for the belly wrap material. It's very tear resistant. What your thoughts?
