Leveling mobilehome before new roof installed

Have a 12 x 56 foot doublewide built in 1968.
It needs a new roof, and it needs re-leveling (1-2 inches out of level I am told)
There is a full length carport attached to one side, and a 24 ft. patio cover attached to the other side.
Should the home be leveled BEFORE new roof is installed? or does it not matter?
We are concerned with the attached structures.
