asbestos in ceiiling tiles? 1972

I have a 1972 mobile home. Each section of the ceiling is about 15 ft. x 4 ft. (I am guessing.) The ceiling is textured, but it is NOT "popcorn" tiles. The tiles are white (they appear to be painted) and I can see through some cracked areas that they are made of something brown (maybe very thin wood or a cardboard-type material?) Does anyone know what type of ceiling this would be; and if so, do you know whether it is likely to contain asbestos? I have a few areas that are sagging and cracked due to some old roof leaks, and I am wondering if I should be concerned.
