Just an update...and where do I go from here!
Finally got the home re-leveled. The front half of the house had actually dropped lower than the back, they had to add piers to the front. My I-beam was in fact bent, we now have some wall seperation and boards that pop under your feet when you walk. Some walls are still leaning slightly and in the marriage wall, the wall has seperated from the floor. Cracks in ceiling, molding falling...etc. The insurance company did pay for leveling but did not pay for anything on the inside of the house. They said they would re-evaluate the damage after the house was reset. What kind of problems is the beam going to cause. I have it in writing from the people that leveled the house. I actually waited until I could use the same people that originally set up the house. Any advise on how to handle the insurance company??
thanks
