outside window molding

So as I am in the fixing mode I am looking at the outside windows - the plastic molding that goes around the windows inside of the metal frame is falling apart - can that be replaced or do I just have to replace the whole window?? On the Mobile Home Parts Store they have some pieces called "Square Finish Window Glazing Channel Kit" - any chance this is what I need?? If so, how do I go about replacing them??

The window should have a square channel that surounds the glass. The plastic fits into the channel holding the glass in place.
