Moving the stove vent pipe

Hello,

This is my first, but probably not my last post.

We've just sold our home and are looking at a 95 Skyline. We are considering replacing the cabinets... but we don't like the location of the stove. Is it possible to move it? (with or without professional help...) What is the risk of the old location leaking???
