This maybe a long story but here goes! My mother is 77 years old and needs to get out of her MH ASAP. We have some issues and questions that we are having trouble getting answered.
1. Seems she bought this MH without it being anchored down. We have been told that it is law that they be anchored. She can't afford to get it fixed. Is it true that it is law and what do you think we should do?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
