We bought a double wide that is about 20 years old. We have had it about 3 years. Once set up, things started falling apart. The floors look like roller coasters. Literally you can see it going up and down, up and down all through the house. We were thinking of putting 3/4 plywood over the existing. There is no moister under the trailer and we can't find a reason for this to be happening.
In addition to that, the whole back wall is detatched from the floor. (the full leangth of the trailer).
Any advice on how to fix this or what the problem might be in the first place. The trailer was in good condition when we bought it. We can't explain it.

Re: roller coaster floors
Sounds like you need some professional advice...Find a mh service pro and be prepard to pay him for his trie and trouble and gas...For a full evaluation of your problems.....You might try a professional home inspector as well..they will charge about $300...
