my home built in 1997 only 1/2 the house is heating there is a hole in the heating tube (think that what it is being called) can someone help me fix it

The "heating tube" is actually called the crossover duct...Once torn there is not much way to fix it...you will have to buy a new one and install it....Measure the size..they are not all the same..find a manufactured home parts dealer or HVAC parts house..buy one and crawl under thew home and replace it....Any HVAC..heating and air conditioning service person can contract to do this....Then be sure there are no hole in your underpinning..animals will seek out this duct and make hole in it..they want to be warm too...
