Can someone please explan how the Heating System should be hooked up.
I just sent out the motor and blower for repair. I was surprised to look down at the gound after removing it. It appears that the air is cirrulating from under the house.

Is this legal. Any danager of molds spores? I'm very concerned.

you should be concerned.
if your home is new, you need to file a written compliant with the manufacturer.
if it is used, you need to get that repaired asap.

No, the home is not new, it was built in 1982 by Golden West. Do you know who I
can call to inspect the Heating System and/ or a good contractor?
