SOMEONE TOLD ME TO TAKE A MARBLE AND PLACE ON MY COUNTER TOPS AND THEN ON MY FLOORS TO SEE IF MY HOME WAS LEVEL....
WHAT A JOKE, THE MARBLE ACTUALLY ROLLED FROM THE FRONT OF THE COUNTER TO THE BACK AND LITERALLY TURNED AND ROLLED TOWARDS ME AGAIN....SOMETIMES IT EVEN TURNED IN A LITTLE CURVE LIKE DIRCTION.....ON THE FLOOR'S IT DID THE SAME IT ACTUALLY ROLLED TOWARDS THE CENTER OR MARRIAGE WALL OF THE HOME,,,,
IS THIS A WAY TO TELL IF YOUR HOME IS UNLEVEL....PLUS THE FRONT DOOR WON'T STAY OPEN AND THE WINDOWS SOMETIMES ARE VERY HARD TO PUSH UP, SOMETIMES I ALMOST PUT THEM THRU THE CEILING...
PLEASE, HELP.....

Are the fottings sinking?
Are shims properly installed?
Is it anchored?
Check the installation manual and see if it was installed as needed.

Its amazing that some setup crews still don't follow the installation manual and don't know how to use a water level

Try this site for an explanation of leveling a home. I agree with your doors and windows stuck it is not properly supported. Fix it now or forever have problems.

THIS HOME HAS BEEN A DISASTER SINCE DAY ONE 3 YEARS AGO.
THE OWNER OF THE PARK ALSO OWNS THE DEALERSHIP WE BOUGHT THIS DOUBLE WIDE FROM. WE HAVE LIVED HERE 15 YEARS AND DECIDED TO UPGRADE AND THOUGHT HE WOULD BE VERY HONEST WITH US AND DO AN EXCEPTIONAL SET UP FOR US. THE SET UP CREW DIDN'T EVEN PUT THE CROSSOVER FOR THE HEAT, THEN WHEN THE MFG. CAME IN THEY LEFT IT LAYING ON THE GROUND WHICH WE DIDN'T KNOW FOR OVER 2 YEARS. THE HEAT TAPES WERE ALSO LAYING ON THE GROUND, AND TO TOP IT OFF THE DEALER DIDN'T GRADE THE LAND PROPERLY AND WE HAD AND STILL HAVE WATER UNDER OUR HOME. WE HAVE CELLULOSE BOWING INTO OUR HOME AND NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IT IS COMING FROM, THE DUCT WORK WAS CLEANED AND WAS CLEAN.
OUR FLOORS ARE WAVY, WALLS BOWING WHICH NO ONE CAN SEE EITHER, WE HAD A LEAK BETWEEN THE WALL AND THE SHOWER STALL AND WAS A MFG. DEFECT, BUT NO ONE WILL PAY.
DON'T TELL ME TO CALL HUD BECAUSE THEY ARE A JOKE, THEY WERE IN AND SAW PILLARS TO SMALL , ANCHORING SYSTEM WASN'T RIGHT,
GRADING OF THE LAND, ETC., NOW EVERYTHING IS FNE, PILLARS MUST GROW. WE ARE NOW CONTACTING OUR STATE SENATOR, BOARD OF HEALTH, CONGRESSMAN, ETC., AND A LAWYER.

WE HAVE SMALL PARTICLES OF WHAT LOOKS LIKE FIBERGLASS ON OUR FURNITURE, PLANTS, ETC.,
CAN YOU IMAGINE THE LANDLORD/DEALER RAISED OUR RENT $20.80 more a MONTH SINCE WE CALLED HUD.....WE ARE ON A SINGLE LOT, WITH NO YARD., FOR OVER 2 YEARS WE PAYED SINGLE LOT RENT, EVEN WHEN WE BOUGHT THE HOME WE WERE TOLD IT WAS THE SAME AS EVERYONE ELSES....HE HAS THREATENED US ON THE PHONE WITH RAISING OUR RENT TO GET US OUT, HE SAID WE WERE MEAN AND VINDICTIVE......I THINK THAT SHOULD BE REVERSED.....
