Roof leak 2 year old home

We have a 3-wide new Hallmark home. Less than 2 years old and have a roof leak, dry wall damage etc. We upgraded to 30 gaf shingles. But, there is a cricket with a low slope at center of roof. We are getting the run around from mfg and GAF. Any suggestions on how to get mfg to repair without litigation?

Sounds like you might have a problem caused by uneven settlement. Call the contractor who installed the home and ask him to come out and take a look.
