Changing the vinyl exterior

I was wondering if you could change just part of a manufactured homes exterior from vinyl to stone face? I kind of like the look of a mixture of white vinyl and gray stone.

Are we talking about actual stone or the vinyl faux type? Adding actual stone to a MH is risky without beefing up the sidewalls or adding perimeter blocking due to the additional weight. If your using the fake stone, it would work without additional modifications. Tom

Listed on the web as faux stone, there are lots of options for the lighter artifical stones and rocks. One listing with pictures of nearly all the styles available is ebuild.com. Good luck.
