Foundation plans

I want to move my 98 palm harbor onto land but the contractors I have talked to told me they need house plans so the know how to build the basement walls. I have tried contacting Palm Harbor several times, and every time they tell me it is an old house and need to do a lot of searching to find plans. It has been over 6 weeks since my first call so I have given up on them. The dealer where I bought the home went out of business. Does anyone have any ideas on where I can find plans?
