Condensation from basement

I am new to the MF world-just now looking into purchasing one. Trying to find more info. A previous post was concerning dryer vents and condensation causing rust on the I beams. How do you protect against condensation from a basement that gets lived in. (We are thinking of even having a second kitchen in the basement.) How does this work with a sectional home. Also how to you get hot water and heat down to the basement. Thanks

Lots of questions here...
Just remember that once you add a basement things change.. Picture a stick built home with a full basement and you have answered a lot of your questions. Dryer vent still needs to vent to exterior, same as Water Heater. Because your home has a downdraft furnace (Im guessing), you will need to look into a new system in the basement that would manage heating your new addition. If you cut holes in the main trunk of the ducting to allow for heat in the basement, you will probably find yourself being robbed of airflow in the upper section of your home.
