Stain from roof when it rains

I purchased a new manufactured home this year in California. We have not had much rain, but on these occasions, what rinses off the roof is a reddish brown. Is there a dye that is coming off? Perhaps it needs some sort of sealer? The home is under warranty.

Kind of hard to say, it could be pollution from a factory in your area. But, be that as it may, that is something you should be discussing with your dealer, since its under warranty. Tom
