Suggestions for bent mobile home frame after car crash?

Hello. We recently had someone crash into our mobile home after experiencing a medical emergency. I've attached a photo showing the damage to the front wall and frame. Could I please get some opinions on how to repair or replace the metal frame? We had somebody come today to examine it, but I'm dubious of his solution. He wanted to just pull on it with his truck. Besides questions of feasibility, I am worried that this might knock the mobile home off of the blocks, especially because they might already be compromised. We can't see the blocks near the front, but several blocks further back look like they require the structure to be leveled.
