We are a start-up wellness center in southern middle tennessee in need of a mobile home for office space or for health guests. We have a Tax ID, but are not yet 501-c-3. Clayton Homes in Shelbyville, Tennessee, sold us a building in 2005 that had been their office. We wanted to convert it to use as living quarters for health guests, but the conversion costs are prohibitive.
