buying a used mobile home

what type of paper work do i need to get from seller this is my first buying a mobile home is there some kind of deed.
There should be a purchase agreeement..that details every detail of the deal...No verbal promises...
Manufactured Homes do have a title..but they will be applied for and sent to you by the state..
Besure you have a full warranty packet...home owners manual....Anything that has to do with finance....Be sure you have copies of everything you sign..
