Looking for a low downpayment loan with marginal credit.

WE lived down south for 2 yrs., always had excellent credit before moving south, work down south for 2 yrs., then was laid off for all of a sudden, we came upon hard times and got behind on bills. We have sense moved back to new york, and have just recently caught up on all of are bills that we were behind on, we are looking for purchase a double wide, and are looking for lowdown payment. Are credit reports still shows some bills as unpaid but we have been sent all letter saying all of are debts have been paid in full. We are looing for someone in upstate ny that can help us, we have land already for the doulbe wide to be placed, we currently are renting, please contact us if you can help.
