Does any one know of a manufactor(s) making inexpensive mobile duplexs. I have a parent and a inlaw I would like to split a unit.

I Have been selling Manufactured homes for 4 years now, I was recently introduced to a factory now building Modular or UBC duplexs.
They have 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans and start at 740 sq ft ea, and go up to over 1000 sq ft ea.
If interested send me an e mail detailing size and bedrooms. It is important to know where the duplex is going also.

i;m looking at doing a project of 20 lots, so i need variation in design. one and two story styles. would like some designs where the primary homeowner can rent a smaller unit to tenant. each unit must be 1,000 sf min.

I am interested in knowing more about the company you spoke of regarding manufactored duplex units. I am considering the option of purchasing one or two and putting them on property as rental units. Thanks.

I am looking for an inexpensive manufactured duplex with a minimum of 2 bedrooms in each unit. I am looking to find a home in the 700 sqft range (each unit). If someone could please tell me where I can find such housing and roughly the pricing on something of this nature, I would greatly appreciate it.

Could I get the information on the modular duplex. We are looking to put a few duplexes on a piece of land in AZ. Do you know approx price per square foot for a modular duplex?
