Manufactured ALF and ILF

Dear Madam/Sir
We would like to team up with your firm to build a factory assembled (partially) Assisted Living and/or Independent Living
facility. This project could be the prototype for many other similar facilities: ALFs and ILFs are the fastest growing arenas in the construction segment.
We have the electronics side of the facility well covered via a partnership with Philips, this includes voice activated appliances, telehealth sensors, combination TV/PC displays, voice activated portal server to link to the Web etc.
My family, the Lodato family, owns a tennis club with 6 courts, 11.5 acres,large clubhouse, all of it debt free.
We would like to build an ALF ILF combination facility. 40-60 units, starting with the ILF first. This of course would become a showcase and prototype for many other projects we could franchise or license.
We are looking for partners and/or support organizations to participate in this project.
We are asking for your help and participation as well as suggestions.
