How do I know if it is really a COMMODORE home?

Got another question for you.
RE: The floor plan that the dealer gave me for the home I want
He said that it is a Commodore home. So I wrote to Commodore and asked if they had a floor plan for this particular "model name". They said they did not.
OK, maybe the dealers give the name they want it to have.
So, I sent Commodore every number that was on the floor plan "Title" sales literature number, square feet, etc.
They wrote back stating that they even looked in their archives and cannot come up with any floor plan of theirs. He said I should try another manufacturer.
