Does anyone know what the approx value would be for this home in a forclosure? We are putting in a bid for the home as well as 4.81 acres (rolling land) and know the approx. value of the land, but would like to know where we stand with the value of the home. If we could just buy one cheaper elsewhere and land seperate.
