Looking to by a Double Wide in Mi.

We will be relocating to Michigan, the Farmington Hills area around Sept.-Oct. of this year. We would like to find an older model with 3-4 bedrooms. We are looking to spend up to $25,000. Really don't want a fixer-up-er. Need it to be in a park that accepts dogs. We would be willing to look into these surrounding towns, Livonia, Novi, Redford, Northville, North Farmington, Farmington, Franklin, Bingham Farms and possibly Southfield.
