My family and I have a problem. Both me and my husband have jobs waiting for us in Washington, and we live in Wharton Texas. I have a 28x60 1640sq.ft. manufactured in November 2000 doublewide, that is completely paid for, clear title.
I'm trying to sell the home, but I don't have land that I can sell with it, we rent a 1 acre lot from family, but the home needs to be sold. I need at least $30,000 for the home, due to moving expenses to relocate. It's a really nice, well kept home, clean, with most appliances, new carpet throughout and a new AC unit was put in when we purchased the home in 2003. It has large rooms, large walk-thru closet in master bedroom, and separate 2-seater shower stall and garden tub in master bath. We love this home, but jobs await us. I noticed that your listing is from July 04, and I was wondering if you ever moved to Washington State. Hopefullly by now you have sold your home and are both employed as you stated.
