i need to find someone that can give me some info and a rent lot. i have my home on a rent lot. the land has been sold to new owners. the rumor is they are going to tell us to monve out in a couple of months. we have asked the manager and she assures us that it is not true. she said the same thing when we asked her if it was true thaht the property was being sold. can the new owners move 70 + homes out.is there something that can be done? alot of us can not afford to move.they still plan to keep it a mobile home park.

Hi Sandra,
I just saw your letter and wanted to ask you if everything is alright? Where I live in Wi. there was a mobile home park that did the same darn thing !! It was sold to new and "HONEST" people, (so we thought). and of coarse we all got papers in the mail telling us everything was going to be the same as before, and then one day we saw people walking "door to door" with papers. Things started to change, and changed right NOW. They decided, and I think that when they finally took everything over, they came out with it and the old owners couldn't do anything, so anyway, they told everyone, (200 homes) that we had 90 days to move the homes. Some homes couldn't, so they forced them to leave with out there homes, and they took the homes and took anything of value, and pull them to the dump site to have them tore apart, what a bunch of "CROOKS", so I would say YES, they can do it to you, but if you have a years lease on them, they should be making good of it.
I hate big shots like that, they took this park and made a parking lot for a huge business, all those poor people having to move there homes, or leave them. Couldn't understand it, really couldn't. I hope that this is NOT the case for you, you take care and good luck to you Sandy, C---YA ! Tim
