I really need to help a blind client get rid of a mobile home

Hi everyone.
I'm a financial counsellor here in Michigan. Tell ya the situation. I have a blind man who lives in a mobile home in Gaylord, Michigan. It's in a trailer park, it's in great shape. Problem is, nobody up there is buying homes like this so there are some sitting there besides his that haven't even ben sold even when prices are reduced.
Can someone tell me how I can help him to just get rid of this thing so he can move into a home of his own and not have to live in a mobile home any more? I want to see him get ahead financially, not stay on this fixed income the rest of his life. You can email me direct and my address is [email protected]
Look forward to hearing answers. I want to get him down here and I can't unless I can get him out of the mobile home, it's 12 years old and maintained each year.
Harry, please respond direct since I'll won't be looking here for responses since I don't usually come here because I don't own one of these.
Harry
