Once you read his latest article you can click on his name to go to the archives where many other subjects can be found. he does respond to e-mails of interest to him.

I am interested in learning any other sources for similar type legal advise and hope someday this new website will make legal assistance a separate category to help customers.

My Mother recently found out that her mobile home is being foreclosed. The woman that she sold to is being foreclosed on two counts, she has not paid for the unit,and she owes the park.

What happens to my Mother now? Is she liable for any of the past due rent? Can she move the unit,sell the unit?
