Renting a Manufactured home

I am looking to rent a manufactured home by August 2004. I would like a two bedroom and on the East side of Indianapolis, Indiana. I would like one floor and possible basement, and low cost for rental if I have to pay the utilities. I need to be contacted by May or June 2004. Thank You
