need bluebook value of 1008 sq. ft. doublewide 1994 Fleetwood

I am looking for insurance for my 1994 Fleetwood doublewide mobile home. I would like to know its true value before I insure it. It sits in a mobile home park with highly inflated values because it is a 55+ retirement community in Florida. I do not want to overinsure it, yet I do not want to underinsure its true value.; Please help.
