I am presently looking for a mobile home, preferably a double wide that can stay in the park in Southeast Michigan. (Not Detroit please). This home can be ready to move into, or a "fixer upper". I can pay up to $10,000 cash, but prefer a down payment of about 1/2 of that with owner financing. I can also do repairs for you in lieu of cash towards the purchase price. (My home or yours).
