We have a 2000 28x80 Fortune mobile in a park in Grantville, PA (central). Due to my recent disability, the home will soon be in foreclosure. The house lists as follows:
28x80 in park, lot rent $272/mo. 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, Master Bath has garden tub. Central Air, Great room, Dining Room, Huge Kitchen, Laundry room, some appliances stay. Most ceilings vaulted with texture. Most is recently repainted. Carpets recently cleaned.
We owe $70,000. Best offer will take it.
